I love my fibers class. Working with fabric is something I've always wanted to experiment with so when I had the opportunity to take this class I jumped on it. Here are two pieces I have to turn in today. They're both silk dyed in acid and MX dyes.

I want to get into batiking and dyeing all my own fabric. I bought some mx dyes a few weeks ago and can't wait to experiment with them. I hope I get results as beautiful as yours :)
oh Andrea!!! their beautiful! This takes me back to SCAD days in the Fibers dept.! These would make some lovely pillows totes and head scarves! beautiful job!

They're all lovely but the color combination of the sunset hues and royal blue is especially striking.
