WEBISODE 10: Brown Betty
I love doing the webisodes and I am truly happy with all of them, but this has to be one of favorites. It was really great talking with Norrinda and Linda Brown of Brown Betty Dessert Boutique and learning about how they used secret family recipes to create a thriving business. And thriving business indeed. They recently opened a new location—a cupcake-only store, Brown Betty Petite, on 20th and Manning just off of Rittenhouse Square. So a big congrats to them. Maybe they'll go national so all of you can indulge in their wonderful treats every week like I do.
I hope you enjoy this webisode as much as I loved working on it. Oh and here is the youtube link just in case you cannot view it below. Special thanks to Brown Betty Dessert Boutique owners Norrinda and Linda Brown, and big thanks to John Kenower who does amazing work putting these webisodes together.

I love the pink and white trimming.

Hey, Andrea! This is a great webisode. I'm OLD and just getting into blogs and such, but yours is one of my favorites thus far. You've come a long way from our days together at Hallmark. It's great to seeing you doing so well! I'm so PROUD to know you! My best to you and your fabulous mom, Ms Gene-Gene!! :-) Hit me up some time, girl!

Your hair and mama brown betty's hair looked gorgeous! Since I don't live in Philly, I'm going to see about getting my baking on this weekend :)
And if I ever do visit, I'll be sure to stop by there.

LUVed the webisode. The music in the background was so fitting. Andrea, how are you eating a cupcake a week and staying so cute!!!
I love that they make all of the old desserts our grandma's used to feed us. I need to come when they get that peach cobbler together!!!

Andrea,
I <3 your hair in this webisode! How did you do it? I have dreams of coming up to Philly and just taking in the air, but I haven't had a choice. I am stuck in Kentucky, but one day I will make it there.

I feel a lunch time walk to 20th and manning coming on:)Last week the girl smiled @ me when I came in the door after having visited the day before.
So embarrassed! I think I stood out do to my mini fro and earrings which she complimented however it'll help me keep my addiction to a minimum knowing she remembers faces:):)
