These poster illustrations for an Ashtanga Yoga studio in Japan are gorgeous! They really inspire me because I love intricate line-work, details, and fitting things together. This generates some ideas for my own illustrations.
I think the posters were made to look old to reference the ancient nature of yoga but I personally think the rips and aging of the paper takes away from the beautiful detail and message. Just my opinion. See more of Takahisa Hashimoto's elbaorate series here. Found via Communication Arts Magazine.
