What do you do? I am a human resources specialist by day and a blogger by night. After work I basically spend most of my time looking for African designers all over the world for my blog and take care of my two babies (son, and husband). All my life I have fought different ways for people to recognize Africa for the positive things. Many people know Africa for the poverty, wars, and AIDS. All countries in the world as far as I know are confronted by these problems. I thought it would be a good idea to start a fashion blog just to showcase the work of African designers this how ciaafrique was born.
What inspires you? I am inspired by life and everything that surround me my child, my husband, my parents, Oprah, Obama to name a few. I' m not the most creative person but I love and respect all of the creative people that are making the world a better place.
Why are you fly? I am fly because I believe in my ability to succeed in life and my ability to adapt to any culture in the world. I am fly because I dream big and don' t let anyone run my life. I am fly because I live everyday like its my last. I am fly because I am open minded.
Advice: Always believe in yourself and follow your dreams. Be grateful everyday when you wake up and say, "Thank you God for letting me live on more day."
